CDM Executive Board Meetings

The CDM Executive Board (EB) supervises the CDM under the authority and guidance of the Meetings of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP).

The EB’s task is to establish CDM rules and provide guidance on how rules should be implemented.
