A letter sent from Carbon Market Watch Executive Director Sabine Frank to the President and Interim CEO of Verra Judith Simon detailing a formal complaint related to the registration of – and issuance to – REDD+ projects under the VCS.
The letter calls on Verra to execute its grievance mechanism to address serious shortcomings in a number of REDD+ projects, providing an extensive summary in the annex.
