Jointly with several Indian Organisations, CDM Watch (formally know as) organized a CDM workshop for NGOs, activists and citizens. More than 80 NGO representatives, activists and citizens met to discuss the performance of the CDM against its objectives. Participants concluded that any post-2012 mechanism must strengthen the principles of sustainable development and environmental integrity. They underlined the urgent need for reform in the CDM or replacement by an improved mechanism.
